Just finished baking a Red Velvet Cake for a co-worker who flakes out on duties all the time… if it wasn’t for the fact I needed to practice making this recipe for my wedding I would shoot him… fyi some recipes for this are super annoying (mix baking soda and vinegar, let fizz, quickly fold into batter, seperate and throw in oven praying it doesn’t fall before the chemical...
